On June 28, 2022, the Chinese Banking Association of Hong Kong (the“Association”) convened the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Members by Zoom conference. Chairman Sun Yu presided over the meeting. The meeting considered and approved the audited financial statements of the Association for 2021 and relevant reports; re-appointment of EY as the external auditor for 2022 and approved other proposals. The 2021 work report and the 2022 key work plans were also delivered in the meeting.
