On June 27, 2023, the Chinese Banking Association of Hong Kong (the“Association”) convened the 2023 Annual General Meeting. Chairman Sun Yu presided over the meeting. The meeting considered and approved the audited financial statements of the Association for 2022 and relevant reports; re-appointment of Ernst & Young as the external auditor for 2023; re-election of Director and the Vice Chairman and approved other proposals. The 2022 work report and the 2023 key work plans were also delivered in the meeting. The representatives of 7 committees also briefed members on their work at the meeting.
