On May 5, 2026, the Chinese Banking Association of Hong Kong (the “Association”) convened the Board meeting at Suite A, 1/F Bank of China Building. Chairman Sun Yu presided over the meeting. The Board considered and approved the proposal to convene the 2026 Annual General Meeting on June 29; the Association and Specialized Committee 2025 work reports, annual plan and budget for 2026. The Board also considered and approved other proposals, which will be submitted to the Annual General Meeting for approval: including audited financial statements for 2025 and re-appointment of Ernst & Young as the auditor for 2026.
