On June 29, 2026, the Chinese Banking Association of Hong Kong (the“Association”) convened the 2026 Annual General Meeting. Vice Chairman and Secretary Mr. CHAN Chun Ying presided over the meeting. The meeting considered and approved the audited financial statements of the Association for 2025 and relevant reports; re-appointment of Ernst & Young as the external auditor for 2026 and approved other proposals. The 2025 work report and the 2026 key work plans were also delivered in the meeting. Representatives of committees also briefed members on their work at the meeting. Mr. Xu Yinghui, Director of Division 5, Department of Economic and Financial Affairs 1 of the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the Hong Kong S.A.R. and Mr. Zhang Bin, Director of The Hong Kong Chinese Enterprises Association attended the meeting.
