On June 9, 2025, the Chinese Banking Association of Hong Kong (the“Association”) convened the 2025 Annual General Meeting. Chairman Sun Yu presided over the meeting. The meeting considered and approved the audited financial statements of the Association for 2024 and relevant reports; re-appointment of Ernst & Young as the external auditor for 2025 and approved other proposals. The 2024 work report and the 2025 key work plans were also delivered in the meeting. Representatives of 7 committees also briefed members on their work at the meeting. Mr. Xu Weigang, Director-General of Economic Affairs Department, the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the Hong Kong S.A.R. and Mr. Zhang Bin, Director of The Hong Kong Chinese Enterprises Association attended the meeting.
